Product and Test Engineer with minimum 8 years' experience in Analog & Mixed signal Test Engineering and Product Engineering on ATE (T2K, ETS364, ETS8000, V93K, VLCT). Essential skills: HW design, ATE TP development, Clear and Crisp communication.   #L1-LK1 Responsibilities Own end-to-end NPD Product and Test Engineering from pre-silicon engagement to production ramp. Drive ATE-based test solution development, including test architecture definition, test planning, HW/SW readiness,  1st silicon bring-up, characterization, qualification, and high-volume manufacturing release.
